This program provides structured, short-term transitional housing for veterans experiencing housing instability. Our program offers a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment designed to help veterans stabilize, access resources, and prepare for permanent housing.
This is a non-medical, referral-based housing program that emphasizes dignity, accountability, and individualized transition planning.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be a veteran (DD-214 or verification required)

Experiencing housing instability or homelessness

Able to live independently in a shared housing environment

No active violent behavior or severe unmanaged mental health conditions

Willing to comply with house rules and program expectations
Referral Process

Referral required from VA, hospital, case manager, or approved agency

Walk-ins are not accepted

Intake screening completed prior to placement

Placement subject to availability and program fit
Length of Stay

​Stays are goal-oriented, based on safety planning, housing availability, and individual needs. Extensions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
