This program provides structured, short-term transitional housing for veterans experiencing housing instability. Our program offers a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment designed to help veterans stabilize, access resources, and prepare for permanent housing.

 

This is a non-medical, referral-based housing program that emphasizes dignity, accountability, and individualized transition planning.

  • This is not medical care

  • This is not emergency shelter

  • This program does not provide clinical or therapeutic services

  • Veterans must be connected to supportive services or a referring agency
