Our non-medical respite housing program provides short-term, safe housing for adults who are medically stable but need structure, and support while transitioning from hospitals, shelters, or crisis situations into permanent housing.
Program Overview
Referral-Based Program Access
Our respite housing program operates on a referral-only basis. Referrals are accepted from hospitals, case managers, social workers, and approved community partners. All referrals are reviewed to ensure program eligibility, safety, and alignment with housing needs.
Placement is available to individuals who have confirmed payment arrangements or approved funding at the time of referral. Walk-ins are not accepted.
