Victim Program
The 1st Step Victim Support Housing Program provides referral-only, short-term housing for adults exiting crisis situations, including domestic violence or victimization, who need a safe and stable environment while planning next steps.
This program is non-medical and focuses on safety, confidentiality, and stabilization. All placements are coordinated through approved referral partners to ensure appropriateness and resident safety.

Program Requirement
Participants must:

Length of Stay
Stays are goal-oriented, based on safety planning, housing availability, and individual needs. Extensions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
